Two-Stage Feeders

Double Sided Grower/finishing Feeder:     Two-stage finish feeder.   All welded construction, made from 304 Stainless Steel for many years of trouble-free use.  The two-stage feeder helps to avoid feed waste due to spoilage and animals dragging feed from the trough.  The primary eating surface is on a raised deck above the trough bottom, which eliminates the build-up of feed in the bottom.   Since there will be very little feed in the trough, hogs can not drag feed out onto the floor and if the animals deposit waste in the trough, there will be no spoiled feed.   Less wasted feed equals lower feed to gain ratios, and that equals more profit for you.

Patented Sow Operated Feed Stall

With our New Patented Feed Crate, reap the benefits of total confinement without confining the sow to the crate.  The sow enters the crate, lifts feed through lid, and the back doors close preventing other sows from entering.  You won't have to wait for the sow to finish eating, as she will let herself out when finished.  If for any reason you need to confine her to the crate for vaccinating, spraying or to move her to the farrowing house or breeding pen, you simply flip the lock and she cannot get out.  Eliminates having to climb in pens to sort sows.  Simply rattle the feed bucket and you have her caught in seconds.  These crates are ideal in semi-confinement, where you have only a flush alley behind the crate for the sow to loaf in. 

This crate will pay for itself in feed and labor savings in a very short time.

The Round Dump Flush Tank and Optional Flume:     The Round Dump Flush Tank on its free spinning bearings offers smooth, quiet operation.  Made of heavy 11 Gauge steel, these tanks are built for long life.  The round design eliminates flexing of the tank wall and breaking of seams. 

With the optional Free Standing Flume, there are no walls to lay up.  The rolled curve of the flume gets water off to a fast, smooth start with less splash.
